Perth and Kinross’ first dedicated support service for local minority ethnic and a migrant worker community, the MEAD Project, officially opened on Tuesday 8th June 2010.

MEAD Project team was recruited from local ethnic minority and Eastern European communities with multilingual and cultural skills and experience. We do know exactly how difficult it is to organise, understand different systems and generally different life style in the UK. It is important for us to provide a service which will inform and advice you through on. Our team can offer a service to deal with variety of issues you might come across in order to access different services. Through our service we will provide opportunities to help you to improve  the quality of your life in the following areas:

•         physical & mental health,
•         financial wellbeing,
•         employment and education issues,
•         social and community participation.
